Order Information and Policies

Please be aware that some of the companies that we sell or have access to order do require your physical presence in our store. Our sales people will be able to assist you with that information upon contact. 

TO PLACE AN ORDER WE NEED: 

• Confirmation in writing verifying all items to be purchased
• 20% deposit when order is placed
• If furniture is to be shipped, we require 2 phone numbers and directions, including a street address
  • Payment in full required before shipment is scheduled
• Furniture to be delivered on Hart’s truck requires 2 phone numbers and specific directions

 HOW YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED: 

• Confirmation of your order is acknowledged as quickly as possible
• After order is placed, an approximate ship date from the manufacturer will be determined.  NOTE:  All orders from manufacturers must come to our store.   
• Upon arrival of merchandise to our store, you will be notified
• Payment in full is required before all shipments
• Payment in full is required before or at time of delivery
